Annlin Chao is an award–winning artist who specializes in multi–media animation and film.
After graduating from the Royal College of Art in 2014, she established Annlin Chao Studio, working to extend the boundaries between art, animation, and moving images.
Physically and mentally, human beings exist in a two–paralleled world. Because we are so concentrated on disguising reality rather than being aware of our authentic selves, this true world exists undercover. In her exhibition The Paralleled Mind, Annlin Chao explores three different mindsets, disclosing secret stories behind the surface. Which one is real, which one is surreal? Without dialogues, there are no solid answers, only silent thoughts drifting in the space.
