Purchasing Tickets

To purchase Galway International Arts Festival tickets, please call our box office on +353 91 566 577 (open from early July). If you require spaces for mobility devices, such as a wheelchair or scooter, or spaces for a support person or service animal, please advise the box office when booking. For most ticketed events, venues are fit to accommodate those using mobility devices.

Every reasonable effort is made to ensure that all venues are fully accessible to people with disabilities. As this is not always possible, please check with the box office or directly with each venue. A small number of venues are not wheelchair accessible and/or don't have wheelchair accessible toilets. You can find additional information about each venue and its accessibility on the Venues page.

Heineken Big Top Seating

Accessible seating is available in a convenient riser location with great stage sightlines at the Heineken Big Top tent. The elevated riser is for those using wheelchairs and mobility scooters. It is a non-smoking area, and space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’d like accessible seating, you should inform the Box Office when booking your tickets so spaces can be reserved for you. There is no guarantee of available space on this riser without a prior reservation.

Guide Dogs

The accompaniment of service animals in areas or premises that are open to the public is recognised, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Galway International Arts Festival defers to and follows any venue-specific policies and procedures.
