Special Assistance
If you have any special needs or seating requirements, please do let us know at the time of booking so we can make sure you’re well looked after by emailing boxoffice@giaf.ie. If you’re booking for shows in the Town Hall Theatre, you can contact the Theatre Box Office directly on +353 91 569 777.
Please Arrive On Time
Arriving on time for each event means you’re relaxed and happy, and ready to experience your show. We suggest arriving at the venue at least 10 minutes before the show starts (think traffic and parking). Sorry, but latecomers may only be admitted at the discretion of management.
Galway International Arts Festival reserves the right to alter any advertised programme if necessary. Our free outdoor programme may change due to weather conditions so please check online and social media for regular updates.
Festival Merchandise
Would you like a souvenir of your time spent at the Festival? Our Merchandise range is available for sale online year round as well as from our Festival Gallery in July.
The Heineken Big Top
The Heineken Big Top will be located in Fisheries Field.
Doors open one hour before the support act begins. Note anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult for all Festival Big Top shows.
