GIAF and Róisín Dubh announce acclaimed Irish folk trio Amble for the Heineken® Big Top 2025

It has been announced that Amble will play the Heineken® Big Top on Wednesday 16 July 2025 as part of Galway International Arts Festival.

Tickets go on sale Friday, 15 November, at 10am.

After a phenomenal year of sold-out shows across the UK, Ireland and North America, Amble is set to continue their momentum into 2025 with an extensive world tour, which will include a date at the Heineken® Big Top on Wednesday 16 July 2025.

Amble’s captivating blend of musical storytelling and powerful live sound has won over fans across continents, and now they’re set to take their show on the road once more. Their new EP, The Commons, has just been released and at the gig fans can expect to hear new material alongside the band’s beloved tracks.

On announcing the tour the band shared,2024 was an incredible year for us – every show felt like a celebration of music and connection. We can’t wait to bring that same energy to more cities and countries in 2025.”

Amble is Robbie Cunningham, Oisín McCaffrey, and Ross McNerney, a three-piece folk group whose ability to blend introspective lyrics with lush, atmospheric soundscapes has won them a devoted fanbase worldwide. With a critically acclaimed discography and over 20,000 tickets sold in 2024 alone, Amble is one of the most exciting live acts of the moment with big plans for more new music in 2025.
