Please do not send master copies of CDs or DVDs as they will be held on file. Due to the large amount of submissions received, Galway International Arts Festival is not in a position to return materials.
Please be aware that, due to the large volume of submissions received, we cannot respond or offer assessment and feedback to every submission individually. All submissions received will be acknowledged. All submissions are reviewed and if your submission is being considered for inclusion in the Festival, we will be in contact with you.
Galway International Arts Festival is not a funding body and is a not-for-profit organisation, which raises its income from ticket sales, fundraising and sponsorship, along with public sector grants.
Galway International Arts Festival is a curated Festival and participation is by invitation only, with artists and productions selected by the Festival Artistic Director.
The deadline for submissions for Galway International Arts Festival is typically at the end of the year prior to each Festival.
