Galway International Arts Festival is delighted to announce the return of Diligent, the leading Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) company, as an official Festival Partner for 2026. This marks the fourth consecutive year of partnership between the two organisations, reflecting a shared commitment to inclusion, accessibility, and meaningful community engagement through the arts.

Diligent’s continued support will play a vital role in enabling Galway International Arts Festival to deliver world‑class cultural experiences to audiences across the city and beyond, while advancing its mission to make the arts accessible to all.

Sean Henry Exhibition, in association with Diligent

A cornerstone of this partnership is Diligent’s support of the Sean Henry Exhibition: Presence, a major highlight of the 2026 visual arts programme.

Internationally acclaimed for his striking figurative sculptures, Sean Henry will present a compelling body of work spanning both indoor and outdoor locations. The exhibition will include newly created pieces made especially for Galway. Working at an ambitious scale, Henry’s sculptures depict solitary men and women in moments of stillness and reflection, inviting audiences to engage with these deeply human works .

The exhibition will be installed across the Festival Gallery on William Street, Eyre Square, and Middle Arch, Claddagh Quay, and will run from 13–26 July. The Festival Gallery is open daily from 11am–6pm, with late openings until 8pm on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings.
