Festival Gallery, William St

The Festival Gallery is a temporary gallery space constructed by Galway International Arts Festival. The Festival often employs a strategy of converting unique disused buildings into stunning exhibition spaces.

In 2019, the Festival Gallery is located on William Street and is home to the centrepiece of the visual arts programme, a major exhibition on our fascination of the human figure from the renowned Australian artist, Sam Jinks.

The Festival Gallery is located on William Street. The entrance is just behind the bronze sculptures of Oscar Wilde and Eduard Vilde and is between Premoli shoe shop and Matt O’Flaherty’s chemist.
