Singer, pianist, songwriter, arranger and producer and New Orleans native Allen Toussaint has been making hit records for over forty years. His massive influence on American music reaches deep into the idioms of rhythm and blues, pop, country, musical theatre, blues and jazz. He has recently recorded a new album with Elvis Costello. Allen was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1998.
The Chairmain Neville Band features some of the best musicians in New Orleasn with the high-flying, high-styled vocalizing member of the Crescent City's illustrious Neville family, while singer/pianist Marcia Ball knows how to raise roofs and tear down walls with her infectious, intelligent and deeply emotional brand of southern boogie, rollicking, roadhouse blues and heartfelt ballads.
