Irish neutrality is a controversial topic: for some, any attempt to discuss it is seen as betrayal of a sacred trust; for others, NATO membership is now necessary.
To have a practical discussion about how to proceed, we have Professor Martin Senn, expert on Austrian neutrality; Conor Gallagher, Security Correspondent, The Irish Times; and Lara Marlowe, writer on European issues including the war in Ukraine. The event will be moderated by journalist and broadcaster Dearbhail McDonald.
