Catherine Corless is the local historian who painstakingly researched infant mortality in the Tuam Mother and Baby Home, which ultimately led to the establishment of the Mother and Baby Homes Commission of Investigation, the work of which is ongoing.
She will be in conversation with Catriona Crowe on her work, and what work remains to be done. Professor Diarmaid Ferriter will provide a historical context.
