Derrick Hawker

Derrick Hawker is an artist and designer-craftsman who has been involved with the community and the landscape of the western island of Connemra since the 60's. This exhibition is a celebration of his love of the people and the place. He has spent the last twelve years making a series of twelve paintings which focus symbolically on Ballynakill Lake in Gorumna. This is the first time they have been exhibited.
