A glittering array of theatrical luminaries gathered at London’s Kiln Theatre on Wednesday 17 September 2025 for the UK premiere of Reunion, the acclaimed play by Irish writer-director Mark O’Rowe.
This co-production, from Landmark Productions and Galway International Arts Festival, was one of the biggest theatrical hits in Ireland in 2024 and is now enjoying a triumphant London run.
Having already played to packed houses during its week of previews, Reunion received a rapturous standing ovation on opening night.

Mark O’Rowe was joined by his wife, Aoife Ruane, director of the Highlanes Gallery. Sharon Barry and Ciarán Walsh represented Culture Ireland who are supporting the London run of the production. Kiln Theatre’s Artistic Director Amit Sharma and Executive Director Iain Goosey welcomed guests, alongside he Reunion creative team, Galway International Arts Festival's Paul Fahy and John Crumlish, Landmark Productions' Anne Clarke and her husband, actor Jonathan White.
The play, which premiered at Galway International Arts Festival in July 2024 before a sold-out run at Dublin’s Gaiety Theatre, features a stellar Irish cast including Ian-Lloyd Anderson, Venetia Bowe, Stephen Brennan, Leonard Buckley, Simone Collins, Peter Corboy, Kate Gilmore, Stephen Hagan, Aislín McGuckin and Catherine Walker.
Following its London engagement, which runs until 11 October at the Kiln Theatre, Reunion returns to the Gaiety Theatre for a two-week encore run from 21 October to 2 November 2025.
