Mick Lally Theatre, in the heart of one of the oldest parts of Galway City, is a wonderfully atmospheric and intimate venue, where the famous Druid Theatre Company creates all its work. Since Druid first opened its doors as a theatre in 1979, it has hosted world-class performances such as Siobhán McKenna as Mommo in Bailegangaire and Mick Lally, Marie Mullen and Sean McGinley in The Playboy of the Western World.
