Thoor Ballylee, the Hiberno-Norman towerhouse near Gort in Galway, bought by W.B. Yeats in 1917 for his new wife George Hyde-Lees, was where Yeats wrote some of his best work.
He wrote of it: "Everything is so beautiful that to go elsewhere is to leave beauty behind."
Join Yeats biographer Roy Foster as he talks with Dr. Adrian Paterson of NUI Galway about the iconic site now enshrined in literary history.
