Martin Healy

Martin Healy works primarily with film and photography. His work reference the alternate histories and speculative futures descibed in late 19th and early 20th century science fiction which in many ways have prefigured the current realities of environmental crisis and the depletion of resources. ruminating on the point where fact and fiction have coalised, the work considers the multiple conflicts and consequences of the human desire to harness the physical world.
